Our Mantis program is designed for young people aged 10-14. Our Mantis classes work to enhance students' fitness and martial arts skill with the focus on the students' intention.  We still have a bit of fun, play some games and link learning to personal growth but the focus of this group is on developing a level of martial skill.  Students are recommended to train twice a week in this age group, as well as practice a little at home.
