If you have come to this page you are probably wanting to know how Kung Fu can help you get fit.  All of our classes have a fitness component, whether it is padwork, footwork or circuit training.  Kung Fu, like health in general, relies on having a well functioning body.  We will assist you to not only get fitter but to actually learn how each exercise ought to be done at your level in order to minimise injury and maximise results.  All of our instructors have been involved in the martial arts world for at least a decade and bring a passion and commitment for your wellbeing to our training.
